Design and Development of Monitoring systems for front-end analog receivers designed for detecting the signals from Epoch of Reionization from Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation (CMB)Cavity-backed slot antenna was designed and simulated in WIPL-D, a 3D Electromagnetic simulation software which operates over the frequency range 2 - 4 GHz. The designed antenna has a very smooth return loss response over the range and will be used in the ground-based radio astronomy experiments.
