This is Divya and I have 3 years of experience as Customer Service - Technical Support in the IT industry.I worked on resolving issues related to network connectivity, troubleshooting software & hardware errors. I have gained experience and knowledge on installation, the configuration of Windows servers, taking backups, configuring network security, firewall and performing anti-virus scans.I was part of a team doing front line support and helping customers resolve their technical issues and queries. I work with empathy, listen to customers diligently to understand their problems, address their concerns, and provide the right solutions.I believe assuring customers about their problems and making sure they have been heard is one of the important traits of a customer service professional. I learnt from my experiences that lending your ear to customers' frustration and reassuring them about their issues will take you a long way and help us find the right solutions for our customers. I quit my job owing to my pregnancy and took up a role as a Mother. In the past two years, bringing up my child has taught me to be patient and also to manage my time and work efficiently as it becomes hard and unpredictable with a newborn by my side, But, over time I understood how to organise myself and be good at it.I took an initiative and learnt a new technology ServiceNow and completed the course online. I am open to learning new technologies, acquiring soft skills, and retraining to succeed in the corporate industry.I am really ready to restart my career, use my knowledge gained through experience, put it into practice to provide solutions and learn new things along the way.
