Divyam is an MBA candidate at IIM Kozhikode. Prior to joining MBA, Divyam worked in the compensation benchmarking and survey administration domain with Mercer and Aon for 14 months. Divyam helped multiple clients across different regions with their pay-mix and job benchmarking decisions and ensured hassle-free user experience throughout the survey cycle. While pursuing graduation from SRCC, Divyam was an active member of the Marketing Society. Divyam is a passionate cricket geek and loves to read non-fiction.
