As a Project Engineer on the general contractor's team managed multiple upgrades totaling $85M for St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital (SLEH) at The Texas Heart Institute (THI) without shutting down regular hospital operations – they annually serve over 10,000 patients. The original 80,000-SFT location within SLEH was expanded to a 10-story, 331,000-SFT adjacent building.
