Create Standard Operating Instructions (SOI) and prepare reports, tracking compliance issues. Work with cross-functional PFMEA team to determine failure modes on inspections.• Lead up to 5 QA employees, including training managers, overseeing technical teams, and evaluating work; supervise Team Lead and Inspectors to ensure parts are inspected correctly.• Collaborate with Project Coordinator to improve inspection methods of non-conforming assembled parts; recognized for performing thorough inspections, ensuring each part is manufactured according to established specifications.• Implement error-proofing inspection techniques, maintain a lesson-learned quality log, perform corrective action validation, and draft control plans and fast response forms.• Coordinate with supplier and Multimatic officials about material certification and process approval; visit Multimatic QC lab to identify solutions for non-conforming parts found on the assembly line.• Communicate with the supplier and Multimatic officials on daily summaries, non-conformance reports, and high fallout; coordinate with the team to ensure certified parts are used on the assembly line.• Lead internal problem solving, implementing 8D methodology and 5 whys for root cause analysis.
