During my time at Nation with NaMo, I have actively contributed to the development of political strategies. My role involved conducting in-depth research and data analysis to support informed decision-making, particularly in crafting communication strategies that resonated with diverse voter demographics. I have collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination across various projects that enhanced the campaign’s overall outreach and effectiveness.I also had the opportunity to assist leadership in executing initiatives that aligned with the organization’s mission, promoting effective governance and public policy. This experience honed my ability to manage complex projects, develop strategic insights, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.In addition to my political consulting work, I had the privilege of driving social impact initiatives through the organization. I actively supported efforts to connect with communities, particularly focusing on projects that promoted social welfare and empowerment. By contributing to these socially-driven projects, I was able to witness first hand how political platforms can serve as powerful vehicles for positive societal change. This experience reinforced my commitment to creating meaningful, lasting impact through strategic consulting.

I spearheaded, SAMSOE's Sports Fest Fury, a an intercollegiate sports festival that attracted over 2,000 participants from colleges across the country. My role involved directing a committee of over 100 members, where I effectively delegated responsibilities across multiple sports and departments to ensure smooth coordination and successful execution of each event.Through strategic sponsorships and participation, we generated over ₹5 lakh in revenue, which significantly enhanced the festival's financial sustainability and allowed us to provide better facilities and resources for participants. I developed and implemented marketing strategies that increased visibility and participation, engaging with various college communities to maximize outreach.I managed the logistics of the event, including scheduling, venue selection, and resource allocation, all while ensuring a high-quality experience for everyone involved. I also fostered an inclusive environment by promoting sportsmanship and teamwork, encouraging participation from individuals with diverse athletic abilities and backgrounds.This experience greatly enhanced my leadership and organizational skills as I navigated challenges and adapted to ensure the festival’s success. I also had the opportunity to mentor committee members in project management and teamwork. After the event, I evaluated feedback to identify areas for improvement, laying the groundwork for future events and ensuring continued growth and engagement in college sports activities.

During my time at EnableCap, a FinTech company, I focused on investor relations and successfully led initiatives that resulted in a key funding round, enhancing the company's financial stability and growth. I created impactful pitch decks and participated in multiple meetings with venture capital funds, effectively communicating Enablecap’s value proposition. During the internship, I also, collaborated with team members to develop strategic communication materials, showcasing Enablecap's mission for achieving financial empowerment and independence in India.
