As an assistant designer, I analyzed and designed structures for industrial, 12-story residential and blast resistant structures. I was also involved in the design of a tall chimney, a retaining wall project with piles, site analysis, inspections and approvals. I worked independently and on group projects, effectively communicating with clients to discuss project initiation, planning and monitoring progress within set deadlines.Apart from this, I created and implemented Standard Operating Procedures for the office streamlining the submission of structural drawings and benchmarking processes.While working on a wide array of projects, I gained the ability to analyze and design structures for wind loads, foundations, blast loads, conduct geotechnical studies and the use of MATLAB, ETABS, STRAP, SAP2000, MIDAS, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, MathCad
