Driven by passion, Dr. Divyang Vyas is an academician whose extensive career and profound technical expertise have ignited his deep enthusiasm for innovation in education. With over two decades of experience in higher education, Dr. Vyas has held various roles in both professional and academic aspects, all of which have played a significant role in shaping the youth and the future innovator. Currently, he is serving as the Registrar at Atmiya University, Rajkot (India). Prior to this he was Dean Transformative Academics at the same institute. Dr. Vyas holds a bachelor degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from L. D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad in 1999, Master Degree (M.Tech.) from IIT – Bombay in Electronic Systems in 2005 and Ph.D. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Saurashtra University, Rajkot in 2014. He has significant research publications in reputed international and national journals and conferences. He holds a patent with the Indian Patent Office. He has served as Managing Editor for the international journal IJDI-ERET for nine years and is also the member of editorial /reviewer panel of number of journals /conferences.Dr. Vyas received the National Award for the best M.Tech. Thesis in Electrical & Electronics Engineering in 2005 from Indian Society for Technical Education, India and Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Bombay, India. He is a Chartered Engineer designated by the Institution of Engineers (IE)-India and a Fellow at Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE). He represented India in International Training Program on Industry Revolution 4.0 in Malaysia in 2019 under MTCP program, Government of Malaysia. Dr. Vyas also works closely with industries and has engaged in number of industrial projects related to Automation, Embedded & IoT, IR 4.0, Energy management and Healthcare solutions. He is also a Technical Advisor to Pushti Automation Solutions and Systems Pvt. Ltd, Rakot. He is a recognized resource person and has conducted number of short-term courses and workshops for students, faculty, and industry professionals.His areas of interest are embedded systems, automation, signal processing and higher education management.
