I’m currently an MBA student at NMIMS Mumbai, building on over three years of experience in IT operations. During my time in the industry, I’ve worked with clients across different domains, including an Indian FMCG leader and a global pharmaceutical giant. I started my career at TCS as part of the Unified Access Management (UAM) team. In the beginning, I handled tasks like setting up user profiles, granting access, and managing onboarding/offboarding processes. As I gained experience, I moved to a client-facing role where I worked on resolving escalations, documenting new processes, and creating step-by-step guides to help teams work more efficiently. One of my key achievements was helping a client transition from an on-premise setup to the cloud, which made their operations faster and more efficient. Before stepping into IT, I pursued my passion for Geo Sciences. I hold a B.Tech. in Geo Sciences Engineering from UPES Dehradun and an M.Tech. in Exploration Geophysics from Dibrugarh University, Assam. I have also secured AIR 55 in the GATE Geophysics 2020 examination.Now, with my MBA journey, I’m expanding my skills to take on roles where I can combine my technical expertise and business acumen to create meaningful impact.
