At Epicor, I create innovative solutions for enterprise resource planning systems using my passion and expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning. I am also pursuing an MBA degree at K J Somaiya Institute of Management, where I enhance my technical capabilities with business and management skills.I lead the development of Epicor Virtual Agent (EVA), a chatbot that integrates with various Epicor products and services. I integrated EVA with the GPT-4 of ChatGPT OpenAI API, enabling more natural and engaging conversations with users. I also mentor and lead interns in creating and deploying models for predicting optimal suppliers, and building an item recommender system for P21, a cloud-based distribution solution. Previously, I worked on major release improvements for EVA, such as adding options for users to add custom-created skills, chit-chat functionality, and push notifications. I also developed a PowerBI dashboard, a web portal for users to manage custom-created skills for EVA, using the internal UI development framework-Kinetic. Additionally, I worked on integrating KBMax (now rebranded as Epicor CPQ) with P21 for 3D augmented reality visualization of products, and enhancing the sales and purchase forecasting model on P21 ERP system.I have multiple certifications in machine learning, big data, and Python programming, and I have published a research paper on detecting helmets and seatbelts on drivers in traffic scene.
