With over 8 years of experience in strategy and operations, I am a corporate development and investor relations professional at CarDekho, India's leading auto-tech platform. I am responsible for devising and executing long-term and short-term plans, evaluating and overseeing M&A activities, integrating acquired businesses, and assisting in fund raising activities. I also establish and leverage analytics to inform tactical and strategic business decisions across products, operations, sales, and marketing.I have successfully delivered projects across diverse geographies and sectors, including energy, aerospace and defense, retail, consumer electronics, auto-tech, insure-tech, fin-tech, and logistics. As the former head of strategy for boAt, a flagship brand of Imagine Marketing Limited, I led the international expansion, growth strategy, and operations strategy for the company, and contributed to its fund raising and M&A efforts. Prior to that, I worked as a strategy and transformation consultant at KPMG India, where I helped clients achieve their business objectives and solve complex challenges. I also have experience in investment banking, having interned at Goldman Sachs, where I worked on M&A and capital market transactions.I hold an MBA from IIM Indore and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee.
