About Divyansh Vashishtha

I am an undergraduate student studying Chemical Engineering at UCL, through which I have developed a deep interest in system optimization and process engineering. The energy generation sector and the transition towards an environmentally sustainable future excites me, alongside the development of pharmaceuticals, and these are the fields that I aspire to contribute to in my professional career.I also firmly believe in the concept of lifelong and holistic learning, and as such, I enjoy reading books on subjects outside of my technical field. Some of my favourite genres include philosophy, psychology and politics. Additionally, I play amateur badminton on a weekly basis as a means to decompress mentally after a challenging period of work.I am currently seeking an industrial placement for the year 2024 in various fields ranging from energy generation, sustainable processes, and the pharmaceutical industry.
