In addition, I handled administrative duties as well such as answering phone calls,scheduling appointments, patient referrals, form-filling out, Quest Diagnostics lab requests, sendingprescriptions etc. After escorting patients to a room, I interviewed them and noted all pertinentinformation in their charts and entered data of their vitals which I measured, chief complaint, sentprescription refills, noted down all insurance codes relevant and then brought the doctor in. I usuallyfinished filling out patient charts and cleaned the room after the doctor was done.
