As a Program Coordinator/Content Manager at UIDAI, I manage the E-Learning content for the organization, ensuring that it is relevant, engaging, and informative for the learners. I work with a team of content writers, designers, and developers to create and update the online courses, modules, and assessments, using various tools and platforms. I also conduct quality checks, feedback sessions, and analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of the E-Learning content.In addition to my current role, I have over five years of experience as a Deputy Manager Communities at Shiksha.com, where I led the content creation and management for the online education portal. I was responsible for generating and curating content for various channels, such as blogs, videos, podcasts, newsletters, and social media. I also engaged with the online community of students, educators, and experts, facilitating discussions, Q&A sessions, and webinars. I have a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from NMIMS Global Access School for Continuing Education, and a Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication from Amity University.
