I am Divya Sharma, a dedicated entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the Director at Joytree Global and Isheros. Born in Kota, Rajasthan, my educational journey led me to complete my engineering in Electronics & Communication from Pacific University, Udaipur.My career kick-started in 2015 as a Quality Analyst at Cimcon Software, where I wore multiple hats, taking on roles as a Technical Writer and HR professional at Teleperformance Indore in the early days of my career.In 2017, I embraced a new chapter by marrying Adarsh Modi and actively supporting him in his Pharma manufacturing business. Relocating to Indore, M.P. in 2018, we initiated Joytree Global, a corporate gifting solution provider, in December of the same year.Challenges hit hard during the COVID-19 pandemic, impacting the corporate gifting industry. In response, we innovatively pivoted Joytree Global to India's first virtual gift store, addressing the hurdle of showcasing products to clients in a virtual space.My career has been marked by notable achievements, including contributing significantly to business growth, establishing a strong network of businesswomen through Isheros foundation, and receiving accolades such as being published in Dainik Bhaskar and winning the Women in Business award by AI Trillion.I envision making Joytree a women-centric organization with a global presence. Through Isheros foundation, my mission is to create a positive impact on society by empowering women. Overcoming challenges, such as the impact of the pandemic, I strategically shifted towards a mobile application and web version, making Joytree Global a pioneer in the corporate gifting space.Looking forward, my goals include raising funds to upgrade our metaverse store and expand globally. As a proud mother and businesswoman, I continue to navigate the dynamic landscape of entrepreneurship, driven by a passion for innovation and sustainable business practices.
