As a seasoned Principal Manager at D.E. Shaw India with over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, I lead and oversee the Systems Technician & Administration group. This group is responsible for the resolution of a wide spectrum of user issues related to both hardware and software across various locations in India. I hold a B.Sc degree in Computers and Electronics and have earned a certification in 'Be an Effective Hybrid or Virtual Employee' from LinkedIn.I specialize in extensive areas including SharePoint administration, managing technicians and system administrators, analyzing user request flow and management, creating informative reports and presentations, ideating solutions for diversified tools that enhance system administration support, and conducting technical writing and virtual work. Furthermore, I lead a branch of Systems Core responsibilities which includes IT service and procurement-related invoices processing, IT Vendor and inventory management. An integral part of my role involves reviewing IT service agreements and a close liaison with vendors to stay abreast of IT hardware advancements and possible services.In addition to my professional roles, I take pleasure in coordinating with various sub-groups and organizing a range of social and fun activities at work. I also contribute to CSR-IT related activities. On a personal front, I enjoy cooking, gardening, and unearthing the history of places.
