.A) Induction, Joining , On boarding & Exit formalities:• Conducting Joining Formalities, Induction, offer letter, Issuing appointment letter• Preparing for Contract Extension / Appraisal letters/Transfer Letters• Exit feedback, Service & relieving letters, PF formalities. B) Payroll and Compensation & Benefits:• Coordination for Attendance, Payroll / Incentive payout• Monitoring attendance, leave records, grievance handling with respect to Leave, Salary, Wages, Attendance, etc.,• Providing the banking data for new employees.C) Reports & Documentation:• Well-versed with Oracle HRIS system & Icims a recruitment software• Maintaining employee database and personal files• Tracking employee leaves from respective Managers of different departments and keep it up to date.• Exposure on maintaining reports on Employee Leaves, Preparing Payrolls.

Source the right candidates from the job portals /db / references and screening of resumes according to the requirement. Ability to do preliminary interview of the candidate, checking their communication, technical know-how, availability, location, relevant experience and salary details before sending them to the client. Understand the work profile and the competencies required of the candidate. Scheduling interviews, salary negotiation & co-ordination till selection and joining. Updating running requirements, follow-ups tracker and sending daily report to team leader. Updating the status of the candidates after the interview. Potential to handle requirements in time line with quality.
