Ability to do preliminary interview of the candidate, checking their communication, technical know-how, availability, location, relevant experience and salary details before sending them to the client. Understand the work profile and the competencies required of the candidate. Scheduling interviews, salary negotiation & co-ordination till selection and joining. Updating running requirements, follow-ups tracker and sending daily report to team leader. Updating the status of the candidates after the interview. Potential to handle requirements in time line with quality.
