Previous organization: Gokaldas exportsDuration : 1 year 6monthsPosition : hr executiveThe Gokaldas exports are a major player in garments industries, It is in no1 position among garments sector and it is a multinational company.Roles and responsibilities:recruitment and selection:Assess the man power in consultation with concern departmental head.Ensure to obtain approval for recruitment of employees.Arrange to publish the vacancies through reliable source.Conduct pre interview, and organize technical interview for candidates.Ensure to verify all documents related to age, qualification, address etc and maintain the copies of the same in the personnel files of the employees.Ensure to issue the letter of appointment, once the candidates are selected.induction training to new employees:Provide induction training to new employees.Conduct refresher training periodically.leave administration:Responsible for effective implementation of company's leave policy and procedures in the factory.Maintaining and monitoring annual earned leave of the employees.Preparation of annual leave with wages, and maintenance of leave with wage register (form-15), and annual census register.Responsible for issuing leave with wages card (form-14) to the employees and monthly updating of leave with wages card.Training :To conduct induction training to new employees.To conduct refresher training periodically.Performance appraisal:To conduct performance appraisal periodically.To maintain performance appraisal records of the employees.Exit interview of the left employees:Additional responsibilities:Salary preparation.Statutory returns like esi and pf.Compliance and ISO.
