• Entering Purchase invoices, Sales invoices, Bank payments, Bank Receipts accurately in the Accounting Software on daily basis• Handling Petty cash, post the petty cash vouchers on daily basis and reconcile the cash balance daily• Supplier Reconciliation, Payments processing and maintaining PDC register• Customer reconciliation, maintaining project wise Customer statement including certification, retention, outstanding balances• Following up for Customer payments – Advance against LPOs and also payment on due dates• Coordinating with Purchase Dept & Sales for pending invoices in the month end for closing of Accounts• Maintaining petty cash Advance Ledger Accounts and reconciling regularly, following up for Bills against the outstanding balance• Visiting Banks to deposit cheques, submit Bank letters/ Trade Finance applications• Assisting in Payroll Processing• Ensuring completion of data entry and preparing Customer, Supplier and Bank reconciliations in the month end• Monthly Provisions, Accruals and Prepayments Expensing and update the BS schedules• Participate in physical verification of stock as and when assigned• Preparing for the Audit requirements – Arranging the Files, Vouchers, Schedules and other documents• Any other task assigned time to time by the Senior Executive -Finance

• Preparation of Daily, Monthly & yearly Financial Statements like daily business report, monthly Information Statement, Monthly Cash Purchase and cash Flow Statement ;• Liaising with corporate Finance Department; • To prepare & monitor company cash flow on daily basis;• Monthly Sales. Detail of sale and Net profit Earned; • Bank Reconciliation of all bank accounts on monthly basis;• Month End Closure as per the deadline• Making payments to creditors with supporting reconciliation.• Preparing monthly Statement of account with aging debtors/creditors analysis.• Encoding of receipt vouchers, payment vouchers & journal vouchers.• Run monthly payroll. • As an additional work of purchasing of goods.• Liaising of Corporate Material Group.
