My name is Divyesh, and I'm a pre-law student at the University of Pennsylvania majoring in Political Science with a minor in Neuroscience & Healthcare Management. I'm also simultaneously pursuing a Masters of Science in Bioengineering, concentrating in Neuroengineering, at Penn's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. I currently serve as the Chief Research and Policy Officer at Wharton Cypher Accelerator where I am working to examine growing trends and developments in the world of artificial intelligence. It is this research that has inspired my ambition to one-day serve as an interdisciplinary bridge-builder who will play a part in closing the gap between policy-oriented perspectives and a technical, on-the-ground understanding of emerging technologies.
