Watch/Co-ordination on Finance, Logistics & Dispatch documents/matters. o Ensuring timely completion of orders and timely delivery of product by planning and coordinating with various departments. Also watch on payment related and other important deadlines. o As required, coordination with other departments, personnel and technical subject matter experts to have them review and validate technical requirements & solutions of customer.

Build trust and value with new and existing clients. • Inquiry Handling, Costing preparation and Preparation/Submission Quotation against inquiries received from different countries. Looking after other documentation related work like Production plan (schedule), Performa Invoice, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Test reports, Inspection Report, MoMs, COO, Agreements, Bid participation & documentation etc.• Interacting directly with clients and redressing their presales and post sales queries & issues.• Ensuring timely completion of projects and timely delivery of product by planning and coordinating with various departments like Production, Engineering and Dispatch. Also watch on payment related and other important deadlines.• As required, coordination with other departments, personnel and technical subject matter experts to have them review and validate technical requirements & solutions of customer.• Developing data of qualified Leads & contact to them by direct mail, phone canvassing, networking for meeting arrangements and presentation.• Knowledge of ERP system; Entry of Inquiry, Quotation and Sales order in ERP system. Also knowledge about engineering drawings reading and understanding, Payment terms, Inco-terms, Dispatch & Logistics Process, Different Export Promotion Councils and Authorities, Export Process.
