About Divyesh Parvadiya

Experienced Product Development Engineer for Polypropylene (PP) compounds for Automotive, Appliances, packing and construction application. At the moment, while developing new PP compound formulation my main focus is on circular economy of plastics for automotive sector for environment sustainability. Also gained experience about different types of fillers, which are being used in PP Compounds like - Talc, Glassfiber, Calcium Carbonate, Glass Bubble (for light weight applications), metal oxides (for heavy weight applications).Having an experience of physical, mechanical, thermal and analytical plastics testings methods and equipments helps to achieve required properties of the compounds. During scaling-up of developed sample for commercialisation of the product gave an experience of Twin Screw Extrusion Processes and it's important factors like dosing system, side-feeding, venting and granulation system.
