 Worked as a Software Engineer in ATOS Global IT and Services, Vadodaraon IBM Mainframe Platform with Primary Responsibility as Production Control Analyst. To work in challenging environment where I can get the opportunity to enhance my knowledge base through constant learning and thereby contribute maximum towards the overall growth and success of the organization with can build a long-term progressive career as an employee and professional with great opportunities for career growth. A mainframe production/Application support position in leading information technology and consulting company to apply mainframe technologies skills to support the client’s IT infrastructure needs. Providing Batch support for 24x 7 which involves fixing the production Abend, monitoring the batch cycle for the daily, monthly, weekly, yearly jobs and report the statistics to the client and to provide immediate fixes to the production Abend.  Solving the production Abend as per the prose of the job. Tracking all the production related incidents via Service Center, Service Now, Remedy and Monitoring System activities through CA7 and Control-M. Monitoring Held & Long running jobs. If any Job abends, check the prose and take immediate actions as per instruction in the prose. Cancel/Force complete/Restarting jobs. Renaming Datasets, Delete, Making Dummy for the Jobs. Performing one-time requests by using RUN & DEMAND - Adhoc requests. Analyzing the jobs which are running in late status. Ensuring the timely completion of the batch cycles as per the schedule. Escalating issues to client and support team in a timely manner. One Time Schedule for Mainframe Jobs and Unix jobs. Responsible for resolution of the batch which includes the JCL modification too.  Monitoring P1, P2 and Incident tickets through ServiceNow, Service Center, Remedy and taking actions accordingly. Checking contentions. Purge/cancel the job, release the jobs from SDSF.
