Worked on a biodegradable polymer project to establish an industrial-scale production of biopolymer. The research was carried out at IIT Guwahati to develop lab-scale technology. Then It was scaled up to a pilot.

Characterization of a pre-applicable epoxy adhesive and optimization of in situ mixing process● The topic deals with the testing of the newly developed stud adhesive system and finding an efficient method to manufacture glue studs.● It deals with the processing, testing and simulation.● Autodesk Moldflow simulation is used to provide an optimal input parameter for producing glue stud in the Injection molding machine.

Title: Influence of masterbatches on injection molded parts and checking feasibility of manufacturing parts of different color with one mold● Commodity thermoplastics; ABS and PP are used with four different pigments.● ISO standard dumbbell specimens are manufactured for the tensile test. ● Moreover, DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimeter), Shrinkage measurement and DOE trials are done to minimize the influence of pigments.
