I am currently working as a Sr. BI Analyst at Akzonobel Global Business Services under Supply Chain Analytics domain.As a Global BI Specialist at Miba Group, I provided end-to-end automated reporting analytical solutions for various fields, such as production, manufacturing, human resources, finance, purchasing, supply-chain, environment, health, safety, quality, and maintenance. I use Microsoft tools, such as Power BI, Power Automate, SQL Server, and Office 365, to create interactive dashboards and reports that help clients make data-driven decisions after evaluating the KPIs, PIs, and identifying trends.I have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli, where I learned the fundamentals and applications of supply chain management, operations research, and quality engineering. I also completed online courses on supply chain fundamentals and analytics from edX, which enhanced my skills and knowledge in this domain. I am passionate about solving complex problems, improving processes, and optimizing performance using data and technology. Some of my achievements include creating and modifying several Power BI reports for finance, accounting, and production, working with the HR IT team to innovate on the standard reporting method of headcount, and working on the analysis of time-booking tool for employees and strategic solutions for long-term benefit of the company.
