TO Maximize Efficiency and Economy in Production Through Optimum Use of Facilities Execute Modification, Completion of New Project as per Schedule. Ensuring and Supporting Production Team in Productivity Improvement Measures. Maintain Breakdown Statistics in order to reduce Down time. Preventive Maintenance of Machine as per PM Schedule and Plan. Monitoring Machine Health Based on MTBF principle and Minimize MTTR. Monitor and Record Machine Wise Electrical Consumption for Distributing the electrical energy expenses in different cost center Direct the Day to day operation of Maintenance Activities and participates in the development, recommendation, and administration of polices, procedure and processes in support of departmental operations. PROCESS INSTRUMENTATION: RTDs, Thermocouples, Level Sensors, Pressure sensors, Manual/Auto Control of Process, Basic of PID LOOP for process Control  Adherence to Transformer, VCB’s, ACB’s, APFC Panels at shop floor. Follow ups taken from vendors about external work carried out in Plant. SAP Documentation which are related to Maintenance Department.
