I will work with the Indian Administrative Fellows and the MoSJE to advance their goal of uplifting the lives of Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, Denotified Tribes, Economically Backward Classes, and Senior Citizens through the comprehensive management and monitoring of sectoral programs

• Supporting interdepartmental convergence and coordination for tangible outcomes• Participating in relevant meetings of local administration• Undertaking field visits to gather on-ground insights for identifying potential areas of intervention• Coordination with the local administration to achieve programmatic deliverables/identified targets• Support legislative work related to clean air and any other component as and when required by Office of Hon’ble Member of Parliament (Loksabha), West Champaran, Bihar, Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal• Research for standing committees meetings• Examine relevant bills and Background research for Parliamentary interventions.

Organic Cluster and Natural Farming interventions

•Planning, implementation, monitoring and follow up of project activities along with themanagement of manpower and physical resources at the Block Project Implementation Unit (BPIU).•Management of community cadres-selection, training, placement, supervision, payment and follow up action as per policy and process.•Working with various themes like Financial Inclusion, Institution Building and capacity building,Health and nutrition and sanitation, social development, jobs(DDU-GKY), farm, Non-farm,off-farm, Sustainable Livelihood and Adaptation off Climate Change (SLACC)•Assessment of pilot project like (Sustainable Livelihood and Adaptation of Climate Change) with policy-level recommendations aimed at improvement and scaling up.•Conducting surveys and process assessment studies aimed at establishing the veracity of developmental results and adherence to procedural norms.•Designing process flows and monitoring systems for various interventions to aid better decision making.•Documenting the best practices and learning from the project to serve as knowledge products for new areas.•Liaison with Banks, PRIs, other Government departments, civil society institutions and otherexternal agencies for project purpose

•Authored a pioneering report exposing the present condition of Handloom Weavers in Varanasi district of Uttar Pradesh through comprehensive data analysis of the performance of Handloom Sector and the role of government across sector pinpointing the exact tendencies that require intervention.• Studied the perceptions of stakeholders, SHGs, master weavers, weavers, designers, andcooperative societies through a comprehensive field study.

• Contributed in the project '' Housing Discrimination Project'' to understand the relationship between rental housing discrimination and Muslim residential segregation• Interviewed rental agents of New Delhi to study the social exclusion in urban rental housingmarkets.
