Jharkhand Opportunities for Harnessing Rural Growth(JOHAR) a world bank project with JSLPS to cover approx 2 lakh families for incremental growth in Income. I am leading NTFP-Non timber forest produce domain with 90crore budget and outreach to 60thousand HHs in 50 blocks of 16 district.

• Responsible to create and handle Micro enterprise consultant a human resource at village level to cater the promotion micro enterprises.• Identify the business potential in farm, off farm and non farm sector in the operational areas.• To trained SHG members in different module of enterprise development.• Assist State project manager in formulation of policy and operational guidelines.• Develop standardized & scalable packages for value addition and value chain to new business segments. • Setting of baseline information and enterprise bench mark. • To develop performance tracking system of each micro enterprise and MIS based tracking system.• Improve existing knowledge base (video library & training curriculum) to fully cover the skill & behavioural requirements of start-up rural entrepreneurs.• To liaison with different line department like RSETI, line department, Bank etc.• Regular field visit to maintain the quality implementation of project.• Process Documentation and Learning through capturing the case-lets.• Leading Start up village entrepreneur programme (SVEP) MoRD scheme.• Leading Solar study lamp project by IIT- B & MNRE in Jharkhand.
