10+ years of experience of web development. Started with PHP frameworks like Yii, Laravel, Magento. Later on transitioned into Node.js and Angular. Working on Spring boot application for this year(finally Java!!). Can handle team of 4 to 5 developers. Don't mind working with bigger teams but anything over 5 developers is too much to handle. I am heavily opinionated on how to do things effectively just like any framework(take Spring Boot) and love to work with people who also love to form and hold their own opinions.Firm believer of instilling the right culture and processes which work for your team and not against your team. At the same time my experience has taught me to put the processes aside as and when needed and get the job done.
