Implementation ManagerMouchel Business Services Oct 2010 - Mar 2011LincolnAs an Implementation manager I took responsibility for the refresh of old IT equipment for Lincolnshire County Council (LCC). This involved liaison with the IT management at the council and their “Directorate IT champions” to replace and roll out replacement Laptops, Desktops, Thin Client terminals and printers. This work involved managing resources and scheduling appointments directly with users, ensuring the correct levels of refresh stock were available for rollout and the asset management of any kit being refreshed and/or disposed of. I also took responsibility for providing equipment to several major device deployment projects including the council’s “New Ways of Working” programme, Thin Client rollout programme and the Windows 7 upgrade pilot.

Project ManagerHbs 2006 - 2008LincolnIn my role as Project Manager I have co-ordinated the delivery of several major projects for both LCC and internally for Mouchel as well as some minor works. One key project I managed involved a very high profile project for the County Council, to provide digital Audio-visual facilities within the Grade 2 listed Council Chamber and then integrating this system to a webcasting system.. This made the Council’s meetings available to any on-line viewer via a dedicated website.I also Project managed a bespoke Employee Data Validation system which was developed in house. This involved taking an extract from SAP payroll systems data and populating a database driven secure website for employees to validate their payroll and personal details before being imported back into the SAP payroll system.I have worked on a wide variety of other IT and telephony projects - The list goes on!!
