I am an experienced Automotive Industry professional with over 9+ years of experience in Tier 1 auto component manufacturing industries. My specializations lie in the field of Plastic and Steel components, and I have a keen interest in the quality assurance processes of plastic component manufacturing.Currently, I am working as Asst. Manager at Meneta Automotive components ltd which is globally supplier of damping shim materials & back plates parts of brakes and in previous Ex- Techno spring india pvt ltd which is globally supplier of spring In Yamaha , Jcb , Hitachi and also approved Qav-1, Qav-2 by Hitachi & i am handling customer quality and Qms here and in previous Ex- JSG Innotech Pvt Ltd., which is Asia's largest plating plant and owns self-brands like Galio, GFX. At JSG Innotech, I handle customer complaints through primary investigation, finding the root cause of the problem, and ensuring the same issue does not arise again.Prior to this, I worked as a QA Engineer at Supershine Industries, where I coordinated with customers for submission of various reports, took containment actions on concerns reported by customers, and handled in-process inspection and final inspection teams.My previous role was as a QC Engineer & Production Engineer at Caparo Maruti Ltd., where I maintained inventory, monitored production, coordinated with NPD, and was responsible for overall part production online with quality.In addition to my experience, I have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from RTU, Kota, and I have undergone several professional certifications, including Internal Auditor IATF 16949: 2016, Core Tools covering APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA & FMEA, FMEA Edition 01 (AIAG & VDA), and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.I am proficient in various quality tools like PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA, and SPC, and I am well-versed in ISO/TS-16949, 7QC Tools, and Why-Why analysis. Throughout my career, I have worked with major OEMs like Honda, Tata, Hyundai, MSIL, and Export, among others.My technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, profile projectors, and step testing machines, among others.
