Dixcee is an Associate in Eversheds LLP's Real Estate group.She has experience acting on a wide range of Scottish Real Estate matters across the public, education, commercial, renewable and marine sectors. Dixcee provides advice to both purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of commercial properties as well as acting for both landlords and tenants in all aspects of landlord and tenant law. She has particular experience in the delivery of a variety of renewable energy projects including wind, solar, wave and tidal from both a developer and a landowner perspective.Her previous experience includes the negotiation of off-shore wind and wave and tidal leases and agreements located in the Scottish Territorial Waters. She has also experience in the delivery of a wind and solar renewable energy projects from both a developer and a landowner perspective. Her other recent general commercial experience includes advising Scottish Universities on and negotiating agreements for lease and leases for new student accommodation, as well as the management of their lease and estate portfolios; providing Scottish Real Estate support in respect of cross-border portfolio acquisitions and disposals; acting for nationwide retail outlets in managing their lease portfolios.

I was actively involved in negotiating on-shore wind farm agreements and marine agreements for coastal and off-shore energy projects around the Scottish coast. In addition I was regularly involved with portfolio management for landlords in the education sector.
