CCW Upgrade Project: assisted Clinical Asset Management Department in gathering information, defining requirements and providing project support for replacement of database for 9 Cardiac Catheterization Labs across BJC Enterprise. Mineral Area Project: provided project assistance during hospital purchase and transition activities for Mineral Area Regional Medical Center as it became a member of the BJC Enterprise.

Coordinate physician design/input for Order Sets, provide Superuser Support to other Community Hospitals implementing ECHOES, plan engagement/marketing activities related to ECHOES, assist Sr. Project Mgr with project plan.

Compliance: performed reporting function for all local, state and federal agencies. Performed audits to gauge compliance of various SLC facilities. Safety: performed all safety training, accident investigation, audited and ordered all PPE. Human Resources: recruited new employees, maintained employment files, administered health insurance enrollment and renewals, assisted managers with disciplinary actions. Marketing: acted as interim Marketing coordinator - designed and staffed trade show booths, developed new print and radio advertising spots with advertising agency, produced advertising video for inclusion in 6 month installation at Missouri Botanical Gardens.
