I began my educational journey in 1994 as an elementary teacher. Over the past 30 years, I’ve had the honor of working with students as both a teacher and a media specialist. For the last eight years of my public education career, I served as an Instructional Technology Specialist, delivering high-quality professional development to teachers and staff, and conducting student workshops.Currently, I am a Professional Learning Specialist at the Northwest Council for Computer Education (NCCE). In this role, I design and deliver customized programs for school districts across the nation. My expertise in Microsoft Education tools, AI integration, and professional development highlights my versatility and adaptability in meeting diverse organizational needs.I am passionate about implementing strategies that help both teachers and students excel in teaching, learning, and organizational skills. I am honored to serve as an ambassador and/or coach for platforms such as Nearpod (PioNear), GoGuardian, BrainPOP, Magic School AI, Adobe Express, Minecraft Education, and as a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE). These roles allow me to stay at the forefront of educational technology trends and share my insights with educators worldwide.
