"Make it happen." This phrase is one of my favorite sayings. I will figure it out and do it with a smile. I have been told my greatest assets are my infectious enthusiasm and determination to create innovative and progressive programs for our communities. No project is too complex, a problem too big, or a concept too unique. I was built to arrange the pieces and resources to maximize programming, operations, and productivity. I have over 22 years of healthcare experience and still love it. You can only get this far in your life with much stamina, some flexibility, and the vision to change how we care for people. This is evident in my work with the Family to Family Support Network® to launch the Respectful Equitable Care Certification program. This program is a one-of-a-kind evidence-based approach to help reduce maternal health disparities so all babies and families can thrive!
