(1992-1994) As Technical Advisor to the Information Management Division, I initiated, sought approval for, designed, and implemented the Customer Service Support Branch in a division that supported over 1500 customers. I served as the primary focal point for problem resolution for the Offices of the Secretary of the Air Force. (1991-1992)
