CurrentSupports implementation of a number of HR policies and procedures to strategically align with the organization’s goalsPartners with leadership to conduct employee relations, investigations, and performance issues Maintains and delivers performance reviews, corrective actions, and terminationsAddresses employee engagement and retention issues through employee engagement surveys, wellness programs, leadership coaching, training, retreats, employee events, and other change initiativesCreates and implements pre-boarding, orientation, and continual onboarding proceduresExtensive computer skills; Microsoft Office Products, Skype, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, HRIS SystemsOrganizes and maintains employee personnel files and HRIS systemsPulls DOJ FBI background checks and monitors the status of current and new employeesCoordinates and processes leave of absences, accommodations, and workers’ compensation Complies and submits all unemployment insurance claims and disability claimsComplies and maintains all federal, state, and local pamphlets, notices, posters, etc. Reviews, updates, and maintains employee handbook, policies, and proceduresHelps implement strategic growth of the firm through mergers and acquisitionsImplements and maintains employee compensation and performance structureDesigns and conducts effective recruitment strategies that attract highly qualified candidates from start to finish Develops and delivers recruitment presentations to college studentsMaintains requisitions and applicant tracking and submits mandated federal, state, and local reportingEnsures recruiting practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations; EEO, immigration, company policy, E-Verify, Affirmative Action PlanAssists in developing and implementing annual benefit enrollmentMaintains employee benefit profiles and communicates with the carriers and brokersSubmitted payroll, 401k contributions, bank reconciliations, GL reports, and benefit contributions
