Considering the diversity of functions and responsibility, someone holding a position such as mine, in office management or executive assistance, are expected to have many talents. Some of the competencies which I possess are problem solving and decision making abilities, integrity, assertiveness, flexibility, accuracy and the ability to cope with pressure.I am responsible for planning, organization, and controlling the clerical aspect of my office, including the preparation, communication, coordination and storage of data to support production and other important operations of an industrial establishment. Often I engage in marketing and monitor work processes to evaluate the outcome. I thrive on positive outcomes in every instance of business; BUYER, VENDOR, EMPLOYER and myself, Employee. Furthermore, my role is to coordinate on the front end regarding various assignments. I lead or manage a team of administrative secretaries and coordinate assignments within the department. It is my pleasure to handle the complex tasks that tend to come to my desk, as completion of each is my personal reward.
