I manage all aspects of UTeach professional development initiatives, including funder and customer relationships, marketing and sales, teacher professional development offerings and events, PD curriculum development, PD program evaluation, and UTeach alumni support.

Coordinate and manage large and small professional development throughout the district with both internal and external partners. Manage professional development management systems and act as trainer of trainers for district-wide initiatives. Support the Office of the Chief Academic Officer and Assistant Superintendents.

• Planned and delivered professional development sessions (including Super Saturday trainings) that covered all subject areas as well as classroom management and brain-friendly teaching strategies• Provided instructional coaching to teachers in grades pre-k through 3rd grade• Assisted campus administration in planning tailored professional development for teachers and staff as well as analyzing data, and short-term and long-term planning• Participated in campus walks with administration, specialists, and campus coaches in order to improve campus systems and practices

• Maintained a positive learning environment in the classroom, monitored student progress through COMPASS, modified curriculum to meet the needs of all learners, and maintained open lines of communication with parents, special education support teachers, and administration• Created small guided math groups based on AMC math assessment data, as well as small guided reading groups based on TPRI assessment data
