Legal Operations Specialist
CurrentDuties within the Law department include answering/assessing incoming calls, legal database filing, managing scheduling and arranging travel, invoicing for contracted legal consultants, filing maintenance of litigation and legal documents and proposals, corporate documents scanning/archiving, accounts/expense submissions and maintenance in both expense systems as well as invoice processing/coding in AP submission system for the law department. Handle department file storage including online maintenance of records, accounting and preparation of incoming/outgoing box services and shredding services. Corporate board liaison; duties include typing correspondence for board mailings, minutes maintenance/archiving, board meeting preparation, and all filings associated with the board. Department representatives for uploading/maintaining new online board book service for the directors. Includes all committee books, board books and quarterly reports prepared by CFO as well as auditors' reports. Prepare board quarterly payments with A/P based on maintained attendance records.
