Responsible for providing GIS Enterprise support to the Spatial Data & Analytics Section of the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) Office of Transportation Data and Analytics (TDA). Projects include supporting in-house technical staff with effort to migrate local, FGDB-focused versioned/editing process to an Enterprise-based versioned/editing process for coordinated state and local LRS project. Additional tasks include as-needed Python programming, business analysis and systems documentation.Also tasked with supporting the Planning Office's Systems Implementation Division migration of online spatial content from ArcGIS Server to the Department's ArcGIS Online Organization. Tasks include, business analysis, coordinating with centralized GIS staff on behalf of Division, development of migration plan, Python-programming, testing transition to hosted feature views and systems documentation.

Acted as GIS System Administrator for non-profit research and conservation organization. Responsible for designing, implementing, configuring and maintaining enterprise GIS system consisting of on-premise VMs using proprietary and open-source software. Offered in-house support for ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Enterprise software. Worked as GIS lead on several projects requiring the design and configuration of data collection apps, dashboards, online viewers and web maps using ESRI Enterprise and ArcGIS Online (AGOL). Wrote and maintained Python, MS-DOS and PowerShell scripts for system maintenance, AGOL and Enterprise app maintenance and for data prep, manipulation and maintenance. Interfaced with ESRI support, acted as AGOL Organization Administrator and developed system and use documentation deployed to in-house wiki and help systems.
