As the Director of Trade & Gastronomy at Roskilde Festival Group, I oversee the strategic and operational aspects of trade, circular services and gastronomy at Northern Europe's largest music, art, and activism festival. With a degree in management and food, alongside over 10 years of experience in sales and development, I offer a unique blend of skills for driving sustainable change. My team tests new solutions, products, and business models in a laboratory setting that engages a young audience. With an average age of 24 and 84% of participants under 30, we have a unique opportunity to influence the next generation of consumers towards responsible choices—whether by promoting plant-based organic meals, encouraging the rental of camping equipment as an alternative to single-use items, or shifting from fast fashion to high-quality, durable products.
