• Accountable for complete project management from RFQ to SOP of Product.• Work closely with the business functional areas, technical teams and clients to define systems/ project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, timing deliverable and budgeting.• Analyze client’s business requirements and architecting technical solution to implement desired functionality with available technology options for the designing.• Prepare Technical proposals with low cost and high efficient design suiting the customer’s requirement.• Handled the preparation of Engineering Bill of Material in SAP Module at various stages of the project so as to make the CFT to understand about the product and for costing.• Finalize 3D and 2D CAD according to the vehicle level fitment as per customers’ requirement and release to the PLM Team Center.• Regularize parts into the system after the business wins enabling for procurement and for mass production.• Generate Design Validation Plan and report according to customer’s need and requirements.• Release the proto, pilot and mass production level child part and end item drawing.• Facilitate the implementation of changes, process flow and piloting new product as part of design change management.• Evaluate project cost and implement control measures to ensure products are developed within the specified budget.• Carry out Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) activities in the existing as well as applying the ideas in new products to decrease the overall cost of the product without compromising its functional needs. • Prepare DFMEA, Validation plan and execution, supporting for conducting Process validation plan (PVPR).• Ensure adherence to set process for various stages of project and product development.

• Handling APQP Process for all project.• Contact design review meeting , Design FMEA documents.• Supporting R&D for testing to develop the plan for DVVP and sharing test report to customer.• Assist in all product VA/VE reviews• Participate in technical troubleshooting for commodity• Participate in KT, 8D, or other structured corrective action/ decision making with manufacturing divisions to assure timely and permanent problem resolution• Preparing plan for proto sample, fabrication proto samples and sending to customer for their validation.• Interacting with customers, business development, marketing, manufacturing, purchasing and commercial teams to discover/define application opportunities• Creating detailed part drawing and 2D assembly in AUTO CAD.• Designing and creating assemble drawing , detailed drawing in 3D models in Pro-E Cero .• Designing welding fixture and gauges for new product before release to Production.• Transfer prototype as finished goods and transfer material from stores to development warehouse in ERP software like SAP Business one. • Providing technical documentation of engineering to support production for New project.• Creating bill of material in prototype stage then change some items before Releasing to production also uploading bill of material in SAP.• Creating feasible model and drawing for supplier.
