As an IT Help Desk professional at Crowe UAE, I am responsible for remotely supporting over 350 users across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. This includes configuring laptops and systems according to Crowe UAE's standards, creating Dropbox and SharePoint Groups and allocating user rights based on requests, setting up SharePoint Teams and assigning appropriate permissions, handling data migration, checking and creating cloud entities in Sage CRM, creating and assigning rights in CaseWare cloud, installing and updating CaseWare software, generating World Check reports, QMS Software support and Manage, O365 New Email ID creation, Distribution Groups creation and updating details of 365 IDs details, Use of Power-automation for some regular repeated work, conducting IT training for new users, and managing the IT office for Growise Advisory LLP in Ahmedabad, which supports 60 users. This involves overseeing Sophos firewall and endpoint protection, router and CCTV management, coordinating with vendors for new requirements, managing WVD Azure, printers, O365, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and mail communication, as well as other IT infrastructure tasks.
