Led the end-to-end process of product development, strategic planning, and market introduction for the following Dixit Systems products- CADFlux (https://www.cadflux.com/) - A highly performant native cross-platform (Windows, Mac, Linux) and web-based 3D Visualization engine for Engineering, Architecture, Manufacturing and Medical applications.- Innovana3D (https://www.innovana3d.com/) – A cloud-based quoting automation platform for 3D printing and other manufacturing processes. - Enverter (https://www.enverter.com/) : Enverter is a free web-based Engineering unit converter. It is also available as add-ins for SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360, and Ultimaker Cura.Software Engineering Consulting - Notable clients:General Lattice, Bantam Tools, DataCAD, Avvir and more

- Developed computational design tools for generating lattice structures using innovative Conformal Voxel Mapping (CVM) technique. - Developed Rhino and Grasshopper plugins for computational design/lattice generation.- Worked on architecture design and implementation of Digital Materials Platform using AWS Serverless architecture.

- Developed CAM backend and tool-pathing algorithms for revolutionary and easy to use Desktop CNC Machines. - Implemented a novel way of using 2D SVG files to generate 2.5D CAM toolpaths through color coding that mapped to different milling depths. It helped artists and creative professionals with non-engineering background to to mill parts in minutes.

- Developed foundation and architecture of Toolpath Inspector - A cross-platform 3D application for viewing 3D printing toolpaths, using C++, OpenGL, and Qt- Worked on Toolpath and motion planning algorithms- Designed and implemented pure C API for internal libraries- Oversaw and contributed to CAD integration projects for SolidWorks and Fusion 360 plugins- Carried out exploratory work on analyzing characteristics of various Infill types in Python- Initiated and collaborated on upcoming Autodesk University Presentation titled "Building a Design-to-Make 3D Printing Application", which aims to demonstrate how Makerbot used the Forge Unified Data Platform (UDP) and Application Framework (AppFW) - the next generation of Forge APIs - to link the Makerbot Web Applications to a browser-based CAD editing experience, and to provide real-time manufacturability feedback to the user. - Initiated and collaborated on Autodesk University Presentation titled "Building a Design-to-Make 3D Printing Application", demonstrating how Makerbot used Forge Unified Data Platform (UDP) and Application Framework (AppFW) to link the Makerbot Web Applications to a browser-based CAD editing experience, and to provide real-time manufacturability feedback to the user. - Added Bezier family infills - Worked on tuning and enhancing Makerbot's slicing/toolpathing engine.

- Developed a 3D AEC Viewer from scratch by extracting layers, materials and triangulation data from DATACAD. The project required a strong hold of object-oriented programming, good grasp of mathematical concepts, and sound understanding of OpenGL pipeline. - Design and development of DataCAD Layout application for viewing and plotting DataCAD drawings. - Implemented half-edge data structure to incorporate topological information in 3D models. - Designed and developed shadow study tool to facilitate study of shadows of buildings on neighboring properties. - Developed SketchUp importer/exporter using SketchUp C++ SDK.- Developed and maintained AutoCAD importer/exporter using Open Design Alliance’s Drawings SDK - Worked on development and maintenance of DataCAD customization tools, namely DCAL for C++ and DCAL for Delphi.

- Worked on design and development of NURBS and Dual Quaternion based extensible object oriented motion design library and software tool for motion planning of robotic arms.- Developed an OpenGL and Qt based GUI for effective manipulation of objects in 3D space.- Wrote knowledge base articles for motion design library and protocols for adding new algorithms to it.

- Developed a prototype of shadow study tool used to generate shadows of architectural CAD model's on neighboring properties.

- Designed precision components and mechanisms for Opto-Mechanical systems and generated 3D and 2D detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.

-Carried out static and modal finite element analysis of various automotive components using commercial CAE tools like Hypermesh and Nastran.

-Developed a customized add-on tool for CATIA using macros written in CATScript and VBA for carrying out finite element analysis of tube hydro-forming process.
