CurrentINCIDENT MANAGEMENT - Acts as the primary Risk contact for Advanced Solutions, documenting all incidents and ensuring appropriate remediation efforts are in place.AUDIT PREPARATION - Spearheads audit preparation work alongside WM Risk colleagues. Works with Advanced Solutions leadership to prepare teams for future audits.PROCESS INVENTORY - Presides over a process inventory for all Advanced Solutions teams tracking associated risks and develops mitigating controls. POLICY & PROCEDURES - Leads creation and updates of official firm-approved procedures. (Policy Portal, CILA, EUC)SALESFORCE INITIATIVES - Manages the implementation of Salesforce automation; includes SOW and quote workflows, NPS surveys.PRODUCT REQUESTS - Solicits, facilitates, and prioritizes product and tool requests for Advanced Solutions.PROCESS EFFICIENCY TRACKING - Tracks time saving initiatives by Advanced Solutions teams.STATEMENT OF WORK STANDARDIZATION - Leads creation and alignment of Statements of Work across Global Advanced Solutions.PROCESS CREATION & OPTIMIZATION - Leads the review and overhaul of existing processes or formulation of new procedures while coordinating with applicable stakeholders, specifically around the categories listed above.
