As a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Consultant, my role is to consult to our global corporate clients to incorporate Talent Acquisition Strategy & ensure they are able to achieve their Business goals. Helping to transform the way clients acquire talent requires consulting around Branding & Social recruiting to increase quality of hire, reduce cost per hire and increase a businesses’ ability to pipeline the best talent in the market. My role is as varied as providing change management consulting, working with clients to promote their Employee Value Proposition messages through content marketing, in-depth consultation on Recruitment Tools and Products, recruitment process re-engineering, product roll-out and adoption, system implementations, and talent-based insights fueled by the L&D for their in-house team.I have worked with more than 100 Organizations across globe and my role involves high level consulting to leaders in the Human Resources space on Talent Strategy.Specialties: Creating Success Metrics based on Competitive Benchmarks and Recruitment Workflow Design.
