My passion for helping others and creating an equitable and diverse environment has driven me throughout my academic and career journey. Through my experience as a tour guide, I fell in love with leading interpersonal activities to motivate and recruit curious college prospects. While interning at my university's Asian American Cultural Center, I explored my interest in culture and used that passion to organize events among the larger community. My experience and coursework in HR and Labor Studies continue to fuel my enthusiasm for the world of Human Resources. I aspire to transfer this passion in my career as an HR professional.
