Led team of 5 consultants in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research on NEPA compliance timelines and amendment impacts to produce a white paper, and midterm and final slide presentation deliverables.

Quantifying expected economic and social benefits of grid modernization for a major electric utility in Michigan. Researched, synthesized, and delivered weekly internal presentations on global policy, marketing, and economic feasibility of ecolabels (ex: Energy Star, EPEAT) for business case with a multinational tech client.

Synthesized online market reports and startup databases to create an investment thesis presentation on regulatory, financial, and technological market drivers; and market trends, investment, and innovation in the global carbon accounting and marketplace sector.

Under the supervision of Dwight MacCurdy (EVCAC) and Professor Tim Lipman (UC Berkeley), I'm researching cost discrepancies of public EV charging among third-party EV service providers in 3 IOU service territories, and their equity implications for multifamily home residents. Conducting outreach to multifamily residences and individual tenants to provide empirical evidence of public EV charging. A policy memo and working paper of this research is in development!

Developed a spreadsheet database of the status of EV readiness provisions in state and local codes, across the 55 US states and territories.Conducted email and phone call outreach with over a dozen code specialists and voting representatives in the state agencies responsible for code adoption.For each state or territory, the database highlighted information on the energy code adoption process: the current adopted codes, stakeholder engagement resources and contacts, and legislative or codified requirements for EV charging on the state and municipal levels.

Delivered public comment on multifamily home EV charging requirements for 2022 Palo Alto CalGreen Code revisions.

Currently coordinate organization-wide events, initiatives, and student engagement in weekly meetings. For in-person Youth Leadership Summit (200 attendees) and virtual New Years’ Strategy Meeting (75attendees): spearheaded programming from conception to execution, coordinated with 6+ teammates, and managed social media promotion. Exposed to fundraising and grant-writing efforts (sponsorship package language, communicating with donors).Student advocate in SVYCA State Advocacy Team (2020-2021) and Santa Clara County Advocacy Team (Summer/Fall 2021).

Spearheaded the ideation and logistical execution of programming for the 2023 Summit, attended by 200+ Bay Area youth, adult climate allies, and elected officials. Strategized outreach to 15+ speakers in the private and public sectors, directing social media and community promotion, and communicating with a team of 10+ youth and adult event leaders.Cultivated learning opportunities for 150+ K-12 students in the Green Careers, Energy, Transit, and Circular Economy sectors through interactive panels and breakout sessions.Speaker line-up included prominent climate organizations like Climatebase, Elemental Excelerator, Caltrain, as well as renowned climate leaders such as Rod Diridon Sr. (the “father” of the Bay Area’s modern transit service)Empowered 200+ youth attendees and adult community allies across 8 cities in the Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties on climate actions, education, and leadership.Event endorsed and attended by Sen. Worked with a fellow student researcher (under the direction of Chou Hall's Director of Sustainability) to conduct life cycle and cost analyses for Eco-Products and World Centric compostables, and polypropylene plastic mirroring those from Foodware's reusable clamshells. Created a presentation and 4-page written deliverable to aid in internal stakeholder education for future zero-waste events at Chou Hall (Haas School of Business).

Wrote a 16-page research paper on biodegradable plastics and the circular economy as alternatives to current recycling system and single-use plastic waste. Conducted academic literature review for 12 sources, including peer-reviewed journals, anthology chapters, case studies, and executive summaries.

Successfully advocated a Climate Action Plan to Morgan Hill City Council as co-lead of the Morgan Hill Youth Climate Action Team (2020-2022). Trained 10 high school teammates on climate policy literacy and advocacy.

Advocated national carbon pricing bill, HR2307, to Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren and her staff twice, once directing teammates.

Created a Facebook-published presentation on municipal compost practices according to SB 1383. Reported 12 Bay Area Climate organizations & compiled frameworks about their operations/impact.
