As an educator my responsibilities include teaching and mentoring young students across various subjects, fostering both their academic and personal growth. Key skills required include effective communication, classroom management, lesson planning, and the ability to assess and evaluate student performance. I also adept at creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment, collaborating with colleagues, and engaging with parents and the community. I am able to prepare and deliver lessons, grade assignments and tests, and manage classroom behaviour. Additionally, I participate in extracurricular activities, contribute to school events, and engage in continuous professional development to enhance my teaching practice.
